The War Veterans Organization of Thailand (WVO) held a ceremony to formally receive the VECONAC flag and gavel on January 21, 2022, at the WVO Headquarters.
The ceremony was presided over by General Santasana Nantibhakhirund, Director-General of the War Veterans Organization of Thailand and VECONAC President.
General Santasana Nantibhakhirund, Director – General of the War Veterans Organization of Thailand/VECONAC President, presided over the Handover Ceremony of the VECONAC flag and gavel on January 21st, 2022 at Chartnakrob Room (2nd floor, Building 2), WVO Headquarters.
The attendants pay respect to the President of the Ceremony.

The Commissioned Officer of Royal Thai Army had represented the Thai Army
Defence Attaché to Hanoi for handing over the VECONAC Flag to Director – General
of the War Veterans Organization of Thailand/VECONAC President.
